Maximus (“Max”) was one of my very first created characters. I created him back in the 6th grade as part of my TAG project in East Lyme Jr. High. Originally Max was a riff on the “Jerry” character (from Tom and Jerry), but after I discovered super-hero comics in 1987, all that changed. I have plans for Max and his buddy Klaws – which I hope to bring to fruition in the coming years.
